Cricket Australia Unveils Itinerary for Pakistan’s White-Ball Tour of Australia

Cricket Australia (CA) has disclosed the schedule for the ODI and T20I encounters against Pakistan, slated for November 2024.

Pakistan is scheduled to embark on a white-ball series in Australia, heralding the commencement of Australia’s white-ball campaign for the 2024-25 summer season.

The tour will feature three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is, distributed across six different venues spanning from 4th to 18th November 2024.

After an absence of nearly 11 months, Pakistan will return to Australia following their participation in the Benaud-Qadir Trophy, which included three Test matches held across Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne from December 2023 to January 2024.

The three-match ODI series will kick off on 4th November at the prestigious Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), followed by fixtures in Adelaide and Perth on 8th and 10th November, respectively.

Pakistan’s previous ODI series on Australian soil dates back to 2016, where the hosts emerged victorious.

Subsequently, Pakistan and Australia will lock horns in a three-match T20I series commencing on 14th November.

Pakistan’s last T20I appearance in Australia occurred in 2022, culminating in the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

The series opener will be hosted at The Gabba in Brisbane, followed by matches at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on 16th and 18th November, respectively.
