In the ongoing Tri-Nation Under-19 series hosted in Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Women’s Under-19 team secured a victory over the Pakistan Women’s Under-19 team by four wickets.

Batting first, Pakistan Women’s Under-19 team scored 96 runs for the loss of five wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Samia Afser top-scored with 48 runs, while Areesha Ansari contributed 26 runs. Rabia Khatoon from Bangladesh Women’s Under-19 team took two wickets for 16 runs.

In response, Bangladesh Women’s Under-19 team chased down the target in 17 overs. Captain Samia Akhtar scored 38 runs. Anoosheh Nasir took three wickets for 11 runs, while Mah Noor Aftab dismissed two players for 17 runs.

The final of the series will be played between Bangladesh Women’s Under-19 team and Sri Lanka Women’s Under-19 team on Friday.
