Muhammad Masroor, the Assistant Coach of Karachi Kings, expressed optimism regarding the team’s prospects in the ongoing HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 9, stating his belief that they will bounce back and perform better in the matches to come.

Speaking at the post-match press conference following Karachi Kings’ 55-run loss to Multan Sultans, Masroor emphasized that the team is in a rebuilding phase and expects improved performances in the future encounters.

Highlighting the positives from the match, Masroor mentioned the team’s effort in restricting Multan Sultans to a score below 200 and acknowledged the challenges posed by fatigue among key players due to extensive travel. However, he remained confident that the team will synchronize and exhibit better performances.

Responding to queries about the middle-order performance, Masroor noted that Karachi Kings were on course to chase the target until the dismissal of Shoaib Malik, which he termed as a pivotal moment in the game.

Looking ahead, Karachi Kings are set to take on Peshawar Zalmi at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, on Wednesday, with Masroor and the team optimistic about their prospects in the upcoming fixture.
